Dr. Mark Jacobson
from Plaster House to Arusha Lutheran Medical

Part
of our Phase 1 2020 Vision Capital Campaign was given to
support health ministry to children in Arusha, Tanzania.
Our original plan was to help build a permanent home for
a "Plaster House" related to Selian
Hospital.

The
crash of the world economy put that project on hold.
So we channeled our funds in a similar direction:
operations on children at the newly built "daughter"
of Selian Hospital, the Arusha Lutheran Medical
Centre.
The
person behind both Selian Hospital and the new Arusha
Lutheran Medical Centre is Dr. Mark Jacobson,
ELCA missionary and medical doctor.
