How Do I Meet People?
Our church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy parent, or a businessman / woman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community.
Listed here are some of the ways you can get involved. If you are interested in any of these, contact the church office 408-264-3858 or email and we will get you connected. You can also look for volunteer opportunities on your homepage in St. Tim’s Connect.

Where Can I Serve?

Jesus told us, his disciples, to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of this church is our mission to the world. It begins in our own community, and spreads overseas to every nation. Church members are involved in a variety of ministries from things as simple as ushering to communion assistant.

Prayer Group Prayer cannot be overestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God. Our Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Prayer requests are sent to our Prayer Group via email as they come in.

Music Many church members get involved in our music ministry (traditional and contemporary). Some play their instruments. Others are vocalists and enjoy singing in our Chancel Choir. Still others get involved in the contemporary band. These volunteers are an important part of the ministry of our church, using their talents and gifts to glorify God. Contact
Media & Technology Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of this church. In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes. All of our weekly sermons are uploaded to our website in video and audio formats. We also maintain an active Social Media feeds for additional church communication.
If you have experienced the death of a loved one, have found peace and would like to help others on this difficult journey, you may want to join the team that runs the Grief Support Groups. At present, we are offering a 13-week course twice per year: one in the morning, and one in the evening. There is training and a great team to work with. Contact Michelle Regoli (408-398-0085), Judy Bangsund (408-723-2433) or Sharon Zuberbier ((408) 529-7522) to learn more.
